The project fits into the context of the digital economy and aims to make a major contribution to reducing the use of paper. The promotion of new procedures that will now be based on digital technology will make it possible to take advantage of the advantages offered in terms of time savings, cost reduction, reduction or even elimination of document printing and reduction of physical travel. The overall objective is to contribute to the improvement of the logistics environment by Africa through the dematerialization of trade documents and access to information. The expected results are: reduction of import delays; reduction of export delays and make the platform work in two RECs and in at least 6 countries.
